NOTE: THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR CLUB INDEPENDENT (CI) PLAYERS, FAMILIES, COACHES, AND TEAM MANAGERS THAT HAVE ACCEPTED TEAM OFFERS 

Registration is currently OPEN for the 2022-2023 Season:

• Player Registration

• Coach Registration

• Manager Registration

Each Player, Coach, and Manager must register annually.  Registration for 2022-2023 will open after teams have formed after May tryouts.
